Makes 2-4 servings.
1 cup mixed berries (frozen raspberries, black berries, & strawberries work best)
1/2 apple cubed
2 c. spinach (It's high in Vitamin A)
1/2 tbsp honey
a splash of apple juice ~ about 1/3 cup
1/2 cup water
Top it off with 1/2 c.-2/3 c. of Soymilk (this adds a healthy does of calcium, vitamin D, and protein.)
It looks weird as it being blended but at the end you will have a very green product shocked full of vitamins, minerals, and protein!
